Hi! Im new to the picking game and would love a pair of experienced eyes to look over my haul. They were found near cow poo in QLD. They did bruise a dark blue but not straight away, took maybe 10-15min in the bag. Thanks!

Hi Shroomer. The good people here identified mine, what look like yours and also found in cow poo in Queensland (Sunshine Coast) in the past week, as Panaeolus cyanescen (Blue Meanies?). Here’s the link to my thread (confusingly titled “Definitely cubes”):
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/26442498
Like you I was a bit concerned that they didn’t turn blue for some time, in fact I almost threw the 30 mushrooms away before I started driving home! Definitely a newbie here.
Here’s a photo of young ones like yours, and some older ones that I collected a couple of days later.

Thanks for the reply. Also from sunshine coast Are the older ones still fine to pick and psychoactive? I wasn't sure if they got overcooked.

I think (hope) they are stronger and better. Interested to hear what others here say.

It looks like you might have a mixed collection, the older ones should be fine to pick as long as they aren't rotting. The ones in the first and last pictures are the ones i can say for sure are active pans (I didnt realize there were two different IDs in this thread)
