Honestly most of the ethical problems of lockdowns results from America being a shitty country that avoided doing anything about the economy being artificial or securing poor people in the 21st century. And having extremely poor education methods and questionable standards.

Who's hurt by not being able to work at a field location or dedicated store? Small business employees, blue collar workers, retail employees. Poor (or poorer) people.

Who's most hurt by schools remaining closed? People in poor areas who don't have access to good internet or schools that fund their electronics and parents who have to work but can't afford childcare.

For fucks sake one of the strongest reasons given to opening schools is because they feed children. Why the fuck don't we have better organizations that ensure children are fed outside of school or during the summer months?

Honestly the best and worst parts of covid-19 is it shows all the cracks in our society.

Ya know, like the wealthy has continued to get wealthier during this but the middle and lower class is likely to face financial repercussions for years.

Yeah true. Too many millions of people rely on service jobs and entertainment jobs and it makes up like half the countries employment. Its too flawed of a system that with all the fields there are not enough jobs for people in other fields. Such is the way with 21st century economics it requires constant growth and without it everything tumbles.

the solution to that is to get rid of the neoliberal political agendas that led us here, not to become a hoaxer, an antimasker, or a proponent of sham science

Melbourne is to undergo a six week 8:00pm curfew and further restrictions as of tonight.
The rest of regional Victoria will face stage three restrictions and mandatory masks that Melbourne has had for the past few weeks or so.
Shits getting serious...

They confiscated my MRI and CT copies. They also erased my portal records. I am filing a lawsuit against the hospital. They said I did not have a bacterial infection in my bladder while in the hospital. When my urologist received the actual culture from an outsourced microbiology lab. I have a rare form of Staph in my fucking bladder from a catheter I refused because I did not want to get an infection.

the hospital said I had bladder spasms. which was a massive lie. I was then never given antibiotics for 2 weeks until I saw my urologist who I thought would be weird but has been a life saver so far!

I swear if I wind up back in the hospital I'm going insane!!!

Im sorry... what do you mean they "confiscated them"...? Like, you took in your scans, and somebody yanked them out of your hands and wouldnt give them back...? That sounds like... well, it doesnt sound like anything i have ever heard of.

You are legally entitled to view your medical records. Hospitals know this. They dont want to get sued. Anytime someone has requested their records, we hand them over- here.

Sorry i sound skeptical but yeah your whole story seems strange.
