I'm sorry, correct me if I'm wrong, but the term we were discussing HERE was "peaceful protest".

My point, no real need to hide your identity if you’re being a true peaceful protester..

What your trying to discribe is a "riot".
Learn the difference between the two.
See, Tommy McClay, representative and employee of the Denver police department understands the means of "riot" as seen in the picture illustrated below:

Tommy McClay from the Denver Police department started the "riots"
He Donald Trump styled it but unfortunately for him he does not own billions of UDS's.
We will see how it goes.
Denver is officially investigating his actions as we speak.

Investigations rarely go anywhere, because they're almost always done by fellow law enforcement. Even if they find something, good luck doing anything about it once the union steps in. I read somewhere that the average is out of every 2000 internal investigations in US law enforcement only 10 officers receive any sort of disciplinary action, which could be as little as desk duty for a week or a few days of paid leave. In Minnesota they showed that 50% of police officers who are fired after being found at fault in an investigation get rehired by the same department within months. Chauvin's union is fighting for his job back, and he'd probably get it if it weren't for the protests right now.

Wrong button!

And the union will either get him reinstated the second his face stops showing up on reddit, or he'll go a couple towns over and get hired by a police chief that will high-five him for the picture. Unless Denver is some sort of beacon of hope, that's just how the police system works.

Police unions are a cancer.
I feel like unions are a necessity for worker's rights but they spiral into corruption and shadiness depressingly fast. At least in large cities. And that's just like...local builder's unions and shit, police unions are a whole different league.
Is there some realistic way to actually remedy corruption and clean it up? I mean, I know that we've pretty much effectively neutered all of our federal watchdog agencies, so I don't forsee any real push for accountability and fixing corruption coming from this admin anytime soon. And I think it would pretty much have to be a push from the very top to set the motion for mitigating something as ingrained in our culture and society as corruption.

I stll fog up my glasses sometime breathing out my mouth, but it was 10x worse when it was cold out, but still sometime it makes me want to rip my mask off orr get contacts

scarves in the cold were actually what caused me to master it but learned last year that it works for summer bandana masks, due to keeping my face covered after the lasers
it also helps that Tai Chi taught me to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth in a real relaxed way but, yeah, heavy enough breathing through the mouth can still cause issues
also helps to put the glasses on after the mask so they sort of go over and pin it down

For some reason my glasses don't fit with the masks I've been using. They fall off my face if I even think about tilting my head in any direction, I wore them out with a mask once and spent so much time picking up my glasses and touching my face to put them back on that I just said fuck it and now I just focus really hard on staying really far away from people in public.

My o2 is 95 and my resting heart rate is over 100 just sitting down today. It went up to 141 going up the stairs. Normally it's 50-75. No fever tho?
I was planning on going on a 20 mile bike ride today but I'm thinking maybe not so much now

I feel okay otherwise. I feel a bit drained but that's because I was up until 4am working on a presentation. I do have some throat irritation and my ears feel kind of clogged. We did have a late spring, so it might still be allergies?
I'm really hoping it's not it though because I drove out to see my roommate yesterday, we were just gonna chill outside for a bit, but her daughter got excited when she saw me and ran up and hugged me. So...yeah.
