I have 33 days paid vacation days. To which I can add all hours that I worked overtime (so I can save extra days off). And that is considered below average here.

Yep, my point exactly. Anyone who knows how it really works here would realize the schedule I posted is pretty damn good for a nurse. Especially for a nurse to never have to work nights, weekends, or holidays! (never asked to either)
