The whole world is a few hours flying from Wuhan.
There was a case of someone who flew from China, to Germany, back to China and only on the plane back developed Wuhan symptoms, while having infecred at least 1 person in Germany while asymptomatic.
This, obviously, is but one case we know about.

It’s pretty hilarious that GOD would punish China so severely for something the US did.
Who knows what GOD will do next?
Stay tuned!

Don't sell yourself short. Cherrypicking random events, assuming causality where there is no logical reason for it and assuming divine intervention as a mechanism - that's quite an achievement in a fairly concise post.
Don't consider yourself too intellectually superior koraks.
Causality is not assumed. Its merely stated that the outbreak occurred at a time and place where it is most likely to occur: at a place where the intimate contact between species under unsanitary conditions is the greatest.
For a man of your intellect and belittling inclination it may be absurd to assume that interspecies infection might more readily occur at a place where interspecies contact, unsanitary conditions and population density are highest, but it actually makes science sense to assume that things are more likely to occur and times and places where their likeliness of occurance is greatest.
"assuming divine intervention as a mechanism" again shows insuficcient discernment on your side, the willingness to belittle and ridicule going at the expense at discerning an absurdist dialogue section of a post from a more rational one, and then misinterpreting the rational segment that describes the reasonableness of the point of origin of the infection as causality.
A combination of poor reading, poor interpretation and an eagerness to dismiss and deride on your part.
Oh dear. Let me put it this way; with all the talk about spirit guides and home altars and whatnot it can sometimes be a little difficult to tell if you're being satirical or serious. Hence the "confusion".
Sorry for not responding to the part of your post in which you pointed out the obvious that was clear from day 1, but if it eases your mind: absolutely, unsanitory conditions combined with close interspecies contact will inevitably lead to interspecies infection. Guess farmers better start wearing condoms before they enter the stables.
I trust you've read Guns, Germs & Steel; might give some nuance to your reasoning.

It comes across as unkind. If the spiritual talk isn't for you, skirt around it instead of reducing it to zero with reductionist logic that doesnt include the basic tenants of the assertion.

Its unsavoury.
Why the aggression man? There's a better way of finding the intent behind a post's words than with attacks and derision.
I just don't see a reason for it.

A few days ago it was said "the official figure is 10,000 but it may be as high as 75,000 in reality." Now, a few days later, we are halfway there.

They died in Wuhan, not America. Need to read further than the headlines, that's how thought germs spread. And only I get to make fun of Asante. Get outta here with your white coat; I like his spirit daemon--it tells good stories. The metaphysical world isn't for you.

As visitors of China, they are still American, therefore the headline is semi-accurate yet incomplete.

The updates are getting mpore irregular, erratic and infrequent. A situation is building
The confirmed cases outside of China went from under 100 to almost 300 in the last days too. The list of countries with double digit infections is growing steadily.

Alright, fair enough - I apologize. The spiritual stuff isn't indeed for me, and I find it unfortunate if people suggest it as an explanation for things that we need to work out as humans. But to each their own. I should have worded my criticism differently.

Guns germs and steel was a good read thanks for mentioning it.
It sad fact that knowledge of chemical based farming and mass domestication was used for additional advantage interms of greed, material power and colonization of the ancient GIANTS. Even upto this present time of pricetag war. Sorry mcdoubles I've made up my mind & I aint gonna buy you. those food corporate practices is taking its toll and will eventually fall short.

Good read and my exact sentiment.
Wuhan Virus has a R0 of 2-3.
Know what else has a R0 of 2-3?
Weapons grade plutonium.
We should see an exponential curve steep as all fuck by now. A near vertical exponential chain reaction. Instead we see almost linear progression.
BULLSHIT.
