If you're growing cubes then you don't need a greenhouse for sure. But they do hold heat very well in my experience.

I love green houses. Any mono-loving nerd on here will tell you they are too expensive and impractical. If you want to limit yourself to only to growing a minimal amount of psilocybin producing mushrooms, then this might be sound advice. IMO, fucking with tape, pillow stuffing or otherwise is a pain in the dick. And you have to dial that shit in for EVERY mono. Even a small GH can hold 4 - 6 times the substrate of a single mono, and you only have to dial in conditions for the entire GH, not every individual sub. You can put together a decent GH for less than $100
GREENHOUSES FTW!

If you're not a dealer then one monotub will give you enough shrooms for pretty long time.

Its not all about the money, cuz. Mushrooms make great gifts to friends and family, and their friends amd family. Spread the love around.

Gifts for microscopy, for our scientist friends!
...on topic, sometimes you'll find those smaller greenhouse-style shelving units floating around here (pictured within an actual greenhouse in Spiritlands' case). Some people refer to these as marthas, a reference to the martha stewart brand on them. They're AMAZING for growing micro greens and herbs inside your kitchen, tucked away neatly against a wall. They're also pretty good for organization, and you can trick them out to make it a more controlled environment than, say, a bare closet. Especially neat for shoebox tek.

It really sounds ugly when you put it like that. I prefer the term Urban Shaman.

Edit: I'm case my sarcasm dosent read. I don't actually condone the use of the word shaman unless your talking about some cat in the jungle with bones in his nose.

That may be the case but in reality who here only has one project? The gh provides me room to rotate projects in different phases, fruit monos in a controlled environment, help protect from gnats and I can run different species in the Martha. It's an efficient workspace if circumstances allow one to be setup. Implying it makes someone a 'dealer' is dirty. It's all manufacturing controlled substances whether it's one pf cake or 100 monos so let's keep the labels out of it ;-}>

No offense to you or any dealers but most of them are probably dirty, I think he just meant in the case that you require "lots".

me personally i prefer monos for cubes and a marth/gh for more exotic species. pans suck ass in a mono compared to what they do in a martha. so id say it depends on what u wanna grow and what your preference is in fruiting chambers the $ is always worth it if it gives you good results and makes u happy with what u get out of it

Can we get a rule that forbids mentioning dealing shrooms. Something like no talk of dealing shrooms. Lmao.
