I have two that immediately pop into mind:
I was 4 years old with my family swimming at the apartment complex pool. I was standing at the pools edge picking my nose. I was so engrossed in my nasal excavation that I fell into the pool. It was my first time underwater and in my mind I was thinking "Wow this is awesome!' and my mom grabbed my arm and yanked my out of the water and proceeded to give me a panicked scolding.
I was 10 years old the first time I was constipated. I didn't know what the hell was going on. I even thought that something was really wrong with me and my body was trying to pass an organ or something. I opened the bathroom door and yelled for my mom and explained my predicament. She said I didn't eat enough fruit and then went about her business. I sat on the toilet crying for a while, door still open. My younger brother hears me and comes to the door way and asks what's wrong. I tell him to go get me and apple. He brings me the apple and I start eating it and my brother is still in the doorway watching me. I yelled at him through tears and chewed apple chunks "JUST GET OUTTA HERE!!!!"

Me and my brother went with my father to the store and we stayed in the car. My dad always parks by putting the gear in first (stick).
Me and my bro got in the front and started playing with the steering wheel and the stick and when we took it out of gear the car rolled off the small incline we where parked on and straight out onto the road.
Nothing really happened except for lots of people honking but I still remember our absolute confusion and my dad was so pissed

When I was in grade 1 elementary school I managed to convince my entire grade to play a game called "kissy tag", where the girls would run away from the boys, and if the boys caught up to and caught a girl, he was allowed to look up her skirt and kiss her Needless to say when the parents of all the girls in the grade found out they were not happy. Everyone of the guys immediately threw me under the bus and blamed it all on me, and although I didn't get kicked out of the school, my parents were heavily pressured to find another school for me so I was pulled out and dumped into a private school.

I used to do something similar, but it never went that far. I would chase the girls and when I caught one I'd kiss em on the cheek. This was like 1st or 2nd grade. The thing is, I'd be minding my own business on these cool pump action swings we had and the girls would taunt me to chase them again.
I mean I guess it was a win/win. The recess aide would just blow the whistle and be like, "Newbie, stop it!"

When I was like 5 years old my older sister told me it was OK to poop outside because dogs did it. So I just pooped in the back yard. She didn't think I would do it and told my mom.
I also remember after it rained we would make hand prints by getting our hand wet and putting it on dry pavement. Then I got the idea to make butt prints.

When I was like 10 I had invented a friction and impact sensitive explosive based on chemistry handbooks of my father
So, I made some of it and put it on the tip of a harpoon, and challenged my big brother to throw it into the old door my father had put against a wall in our garden as hard as he could. My big brother was all "yeah right" and did it.
It resulted in a devastating bang, much louder than a firecracker, my brother almost shat himself and I jumped around in joy
Lil brother 1-0 ^_^
