Sliced tomatoes topped with cottage cheese. Salt and peppered.
Tuna salad made with mayo, stone ground mustard, relish, walnuts, and craisins. Salt and peppered with a little paprika on whole wheat toast.

That reminds me....
There are fewer things better than a simple slice/wedge of tomato with salt.

I'd have to agree. It transports an indescribable pleasure to my palate.

I haven't.
Someone once told me to try watermelon with salt because it amplified the flavor, but when I did it...I regretted ruining a perfectly tasting creation of nature, bro.
I'll try salt on an apple next time I have one, but I'm not looking forward to it.

There's probably not one person here that has tried it. That's like some weird family quirk or something...

Okay, so salted watermelon is great.
But it's even better with a little feta, mint, and balsamic vinegar. Cucumber is a good addition there too.
Perfect summer salad. You can also do skewers, and even grill them.
