They can stand to grow a little bit longer.

I'm very new to the whole thing. I'll keep an eye on where they grew and see about getting some a little more mature. The couple that I have that are lighter/duller in couple arent a whole lot larger but seem at the end of their life cycle why is that? Also any suggestions on how to keep tbe mycelium for transplant in my backyard?

You can keep the mycelium alive on moist cardboard then transplant to hardwood chips that have been soaked in water until hydrated and drained.

Just to confirm, you're sure these are Cyans? I'm getting a spore print. Hard to tell to me if that is bluing or turning black. I'll try to go back and find more mature ones.

Spore prints. Next time I'll take then on white paper. My goal is to transplant some mycelium to a shady area underneath a redwood tree in my backyard.
