Recommendations on next steps with this PE grow

First PE grow. 8 days after casing (1/4") most of the casing was colonized and blobbing started. Two are dub-tubbed and the other is a flipped lid setup all sitting at 75*. I've been misting lightly to maintain surface conditions - rarely for dry spots, typically just to keep fine beads of moisture on the surface. I've pulled a few blobs off the other day just to see how badly it would affect the surface. All the blobs are still pretty firm.
Questions: 1. While there are tons of little "pins" all over they all appear to be mini-blobs / blobs on blobs. Did I let this overtake the casing too much? 2. Should I wait until blobs start getting soft to pull them or take 'em now to make room for the second flush? 3. When pulling blobs should I patch over with additional casing? 4. Any obvious issues?
Pics - taken before light misting except for the vertical one which was taken after misting.

Thank you!

I’ve only done two shoeboxes of PE, but I cased them at around 100% and then kept them in colonization for another 3-5 days which somebody had suggested when I asked for tips before starting. Only got a couple blobs on the edges.
If you wait for them to get soft they pop right off and won’t impact the surface much.

Wait until at least one is starts getting soft you will notice they begin to bruise blue before they do but those mutants get literally the size of a baseball if you allow it.

Also not to double post but you will only get mutants youre first flush if you let them all mature and because they dont sporulate they can go a lot longer than typical gold caps or even PE. Second they harvest very easy when fully ripe go around the edges of the large ones and pull em up on the edges all the way around the mushroom or group of mutants dont try to get em one by one if they are clumped just lift the edges around all sides of the large clumps til you get you fingers firmly under the whole cluster and wiggle/lift it out all together. If you do this with care you will be absolutely stunned with how undamaged the brick of substrate will be literally the tub above looked as if 85+% of the surface was untouched.
