Mold or Mycelium in WBS?

The dirtiness of the jars is just the outside, not inside. Looks like mold to me but want some further confirmation, perhaps from some more insightful cultivators.

Looks like mold. Try using agar

It looks okay to me... Did you shake the jar after putting the agar into it? Even if you didn't, having a colony away from the agar is normal. All it takes is the agar to bump that region and deposit a small piece of mycelium. I would just wait and see what happens.

mold grows much faster than myc will. keep an eye on it and see how fast it spreads
