Can mushrooms help me? Did they/do they help you?

Hello all. I have been thinking about growing mushrooms for half a year now. I have some experience with psychedelics years back when I was younger. I am 27 now and I'm thinking since I now have chance to grow them, I might do it. I have read tons of trip reports over the years and learned about psychedelics in many ways.
Is taking mushrooms beneficial for someone who is mentally stable, but perhaps a little stuck? Have they helped you in some way? I am just gonna keep this short so just say what you think.

Such an open ended question to keep short.
You should definitely try growing some. The simple seeming act of growing shrooms is entertaining and educational. It’s a trip all it’s own.
Then, When you finally get to start experimenting with them, you will get the satisfaction derived from the hard work it took to finally harvest the fruits of your labor, you won’t have to worry about poisoned shrooms or laced shrooms, you will have a big stash to play around with different doses and administrations, you will even have prints to continue this hobby....I could keep going, there are just too many benefits of starting your cultivation journey.
Basically, growing your own shrooms doesn’t have any downsides at all. Unless you think you might get caught, in which case, don’t tell anyone and you will be fine. 😎👍

Yes! You're ready, go for it. What do you have to lose? You'll learn a lot no matter what, and having gratitude for the experience by ingesting what you grow... beyond words.
Enjoy!

What do you mean by "a little stuck"? What are you trying to accomplish with them?

They've help/helped a ton of people on this forum. I'm sure from reading a lot of the trip reports you're able to see that for yourself. At times, things can get difficult - but in the end it's all a learning curve. As long as you're okay with weird shit and reality kind of flipping on you - you'll be fine.
Some trips are just fun and dandy, and some are very difficult.. it's just the way the cookie crumbles. But, some of the most difficult one's have changed me into something more than I was before that trip. Also, I quit smoking on mushrooms. It's not the mushrooms that make you a better person, it's YOU that makes yourself a better person, the mushrooms are there to show you what you're capable of and all of the stupid shit you've been doing in your life.
It's no different than the saying "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make them drink it" - you have to want to change. Give the experience a try, and see what happens. Don't have expectations - sit back and let things unfold and listen to what your subconscious brain and the mushrooms tell you about yourself. You may not like what's on display.. but you will learn and adapt from it.
Put on some good music and let the good times fly...
