We did some brewery hopping with friends last night, forgot to take pics.
Hailstorm: beers were good, set up in an industrial garage. Mixed feelings on multiple cats roaming around. Seems like that would violate several health codes. Especially since one cat was matted with shit. Place smelled of cat pee as well. Overall wont be back or buy the beers.
Soundgrowler: beers were ok, really liked the vibe. Not to mention the tacos were great!

I've got three at mine  (home brewery)

Lol it was all over its rear. They serve food too.
I’m at sovereign right now with the wife. Enjoying bless this mess by 2nd shift brewing. Wings with blis hot sauce and honey are phenomenal

Opened up a bottle of 10 year Talisker Scotch Whiskey I got as a gift.
It's really peaty, and unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of peaty whiskeys and this thing straight up smells like gasoline. Put a nip in my coffee though, because it's Friday, and because my state is currently operating on a lottery system just to simply access the state liquor store website to order anything for the days ahead or do curbside pickup.

Try it with a splash of cold water. Seems to me I can taste more of the flavors when I spread it out a little with H2o.
