Bacterial truffle spawn

Hi guys, I have 4 ~1 gallon jars of truffle spawn. All different varieties and one of the jars is showing sings of bacterial contamination. I mean it's not the worst contamination I've seen but still. I'm not sure if I should just toss the one since eating truffles from a bacterial environment might not be the best idea...

Toss or keep? Edit: Don't mind the greenish looking spot, it's not green in reality.

I don't see anything
Just looks like a white jar to me. Are you talking about the wet look? Or is there something I'm not catching from this picture?
If it's just the moisture, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Lots of my quart jars end up with little pools of water after a few months, and when I tried 1/2 gallon jars, things seemed to get wetter; seems likely that a whole gallon jar might come out even wetter than that.
But wetness doesn't really = bacteria, you may have just prepped the grains a bit too wet. Just be sure to give them a good smell before you eat/spawn anything out of there.

Thank you for your response! I'm a bit worried about the wet grains which look like they are squeezed against the glass and the myc. doesn't seem to like them. All the other jars look really good with no wet looking grains and they come from the same batch of grain prep so that's why I'm thinking about it.

Okay, well how long have they been colonizing? And what variety is this jar?
It could be bacterial, but the myc should start doing some funkier stuff if that's the case (IME). I would just keep an eye on it, and trust your nose when it comes to spawning/harvesting.

This one is P. mexicana and I just noticed I see some stones forming already. They have been colonizing for ~3 weeks and most of them are about 95% colonized. This is quite normal IME since it's very hard to shake the big jars perfectly and I had only about 1 pasty plate of material for G2G, but hey, 3 remaining jars look ehm, perfect
