Bag height solution for SAB viability?

For the last month or two I’ve been diving into the word of spawn bags, I do not have a flow hood yet but I’ve found the most reliable way for me is to g2g right now, a 5.5lb bag of rye spawn g2g with one full colonized quart jar. My SAB is not nearly tall enough to do this comfortably, so instead of a SAB I’ve been wrapping my stainless table in Saran Wrap and working out of it like an SAB wearing tyvec sleeves, this actually has worked really well so far but I would like to use my table for other things and it’s a pain to set up and break down. My idea is to fold my bags down around the sides in a way that gives me less height to the top of the bag. I’ve included a picture because I don’t know how to explain how I want to fold it (think reverse foreskin?) Is this a viable option to fold the bags in this manner? Is there any reason I shouldn’t? Thanks for reading, I value your advice.

Nice!
I am about to be starting my adventure into bags for grain spawn as well.
Crack posted in his thread on how he does it, and this will be my approach at first as well

This might be the most common knowledge, I don't know. But if you don't, this works. You have room to pour, and so far no contamination.
A couple shoeboxes, one turned to have a shelf for your jar, up off the bottom. You'll be pouring at the top. Helps working in a SAB Soo much easier with bags.

Great (cheap) solution to get me through another month or so until I can buy my flowhood filter. Good looking out!

turn the tub on its side longways, attach the lid, put armholes in the lid. tape over the other holes when youre doing it this way. i can get one bag at a time so it isnt the most efficient but its cleaner and easier than fucking around the normal way until your FH is ready
