Mostly tho it's kind of an interesting topic, I think. The way we view relationships, possessiveness, and exes is pretty confusing, and varies a lot. But I do not have much relationship experience and am pretty young. Haven't dealt with a lot of it.
Stop being a creepy weirdo and stalking her social media and you wouldn't even be giong through these feelings.
Tip # 2 ....Delete your facebook

No, being a nosey millenial is not synonymous with being a human.

I really don't think about it too much, but I would say that it makes me feel better if she was with a guy that I saw as worse than me. Most recently I went to a NYE party at my friends house. A friend of a friend was there, and we had hung out and flirted a few times but she had told me she wasn't in a good spot to be in a relationship. She was apparently dating this guy who was this short, skinny, skater/stoner guy. He was actually very nice and we chatted for a bit, he told me he was an Instagram influencer in the legal cannabis sphere.
I was surprised that I wasn't jealous at all. I guess I felt like, if that's what she wants that's cool. In my mind I have a lot more to offer than him but if she can't see that that's her problem.

Wow, project much? The OP literally said:
Quote:
When you see an ex with someone who is ugly, unemployed, weird/creepy, or any other undesirable qualities, does it make you feel better about yourself that your ex traded down, or do you feel worse about yourself
I relayed an experience where I felt that I was more attractive/desirable than a girl I had been on a few dates with and said that I wasn't jealous or down on myself. How did you even manage to turn that into a story where I said this girl should bail on her date?

Ooooh, she shot you down on an earlier occasion and when you ran into her at the party she had a new bf.
My bad, I thought you meant you were flirting with her at a party and immediately expected her to want to be with you. Carry on

Bloodsheen is generally a pretty rational guy, imo, but lately I’ve seen him make some downright bizarre posts where girlfriends/relationships are involved. I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
To comment on something you actually did say: influencers, lol. I’ve read a few things recently written by friends/family members about the real life of Instagram influencers, and it all sounds like a sham. I think a few people struck it rich like that, and now millions of people are trying the “fake it til you make it” route. Some real strange practices there. It’s just all so dumb, but the instagram “ecosystem” is interesting from the outside.

Sometimes I’ll get replies to something I posted on Twitter that amount to “who cares what you think, you only have 13 followers.” Lots of people judge your worth based on how many friends and followers you have. I did get pretty excited the other day when I realized Devin Nunes’ Cow was following me.

Yeah, it’s crazy. Judging the value of someone’s output by how many followers they have. One girl I read about paid for a shitload of followers (like, you can buy likes and follows from dummy accounts). So she appeared to have over a million followers, and no one could know how many were actual humans that looked at her content. So some clothing brand decided to partner with her to launch a shirt or whatever tied to her “brand”. She campaigned it hard on insta, and in the end had to cancel the launch because it was all based on sales, and for it to be worth it to the company, she had to sell like at least 30 of this shirt. And despite having over a million followers, she couldn’t even sell 30 shirts. Probably because she’s mostly followed by bots, dummies, and “f4f” fellow influencers. It was a real weird story. The whole thing is fake though, the insta influencer world.

I said a made a mistake. His post was worded oddly. No need to make it personal. I mean, I will if you want, we could make it real personal if you tryin to make that happen. But no need for that

Lmao I just complimented your normally rational nature, but it seems like you’re set on proving me wrong. And yeah, you’ve been making some extremely odd posts lately where relationships are involved, but that’s nothing personal. But go off my dude.

Yeah I'm sure you're such a ladies man with your 82,000 posts. Must suck to be so terrible as a partner you'd rather spend your time fucking around on a forum than spend time with your woman.
Alert the presses y'all, the woman whisperer here doesn't like my posts as of late.

I was bored one night and decided to check up on my ex on FB. He had just gotten married. To a guy at least 35 years older. There was literally a photo of him with his new husband hanging out with people in a nursing home. 👴🏼
