PE Grow Turning Brown

Everything was going great for the incubation. I have a tent and a humidifier/heat source. Mycelium was white and healthy. It's been in fruiting for a week now and it's starting to turn brown and I'm worried about it. The temp is 75-78, humidify is 93-99 and I mist three times a day. Any ideas?

Pics won’t expand so I can’t see, but are the brown parts speckled? I just did my first PE and thought something weird was going on but it was just blobs forming.
From what I can tell it looks uncased, which usually ruins the first flush.
But without seeing it it could also be bacteria or something, hopefully the pic issue is fixed soon.

Can't see the pic, but...
You Shouldn't need to mist at all on first flush, this will over saturate the surface. Field capacity substrate will maintain itself so long as everything else is on point.
Try to bring those temps down closer to 70.

The pics might have been too big. I've made them smaller here.

Looks dry af. Whatever you're using to measure rh is waaaay off. Use the surface to gauge conditions. Reduce FAE and keep misting. This is what the surface should look like while pinning...

I always use a casing layer when growing PE due to the amount if time it takes for it to pin.

Oh damn now that the pics work that’s def not blobs.
Super dry and probably bacterial cuz normally dry myc goes blue green. Unless maybe it goes brown after that.
Idk what to do but if it was me I’d probably spray it down then put a casing on it and see what happens.
Penis envy is not the one to start with.

Too late for casing. In the third pic there are pins.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll try and reduce the FAE and mist it a bit more. A friend gave me the syringes but I would have started with GT. If this doesn't work out, it's not big deal; at least I learned something.
I'll let you know what happens in a few days.

Update: Day 4 and things are rolling in the trays. The pic here is only one of two tubs but they look the same. Having never done any grow before and this being PE, I'm more than happy.
Two questions:
1. Does this look ok? 2. When it comes time to flush, I've read a lot of different posts from a lot of different people and it's a mixed bag. The prevailing winds say to stick the whole tray in a sink half full of water and put another tray (full of water) on top of this for 6 hours then drain the tray and put it back in the tent. Does that sound correct? Should I use another layer of casing and cover it so the mycelium colonizes again?
Thanks for all the help!

Cool man PE is strong enough you’ll have a bunch of doses.
Six hours is way too much IMO. I do like 1-2.
No need for anymore casing or anything.
Idk if you know but PE is ready to harvest when the top of the stem gets bumpy and soft

Actually what I said is reduce FAE and don't over mist them. You're surface was dry because of too much FAE.
That said though, things are looking good!

I've read that as well. I've heard a good indication is when there's a "sore throat" just below the cap. I think a couple are near that so I'll take a look tomorrow morning and fire up the dehydrator.

Yeah, I sort of freaked out a bit when I saw the brown and started changing things around. I stopped half way through and put it back to its original state and decided to just leave it alone and let it do its thing.

That happened in five days??
That’s a good haul man, especially when you think each one of those is basically a dose.

My big problem is that these are going to be way too big for the dehydrator at this point. I'll have to fan dry them for a day or so (I'm assuming) before I can finish them off in the dehydrator.
First world problems...

Set them in the dehydrator even if they're a little thick. Breaks the caps off if it makes them fit better
