They arent too far gone either, Id still eat those. And always take more than 1 picture, cant always tell just from the cap. Need gills and stem shots for an accurate i.d. but good find. Keep checking around that area they uphill/ downhill from this area. Youll more than likely find more patches too

Just had my first caerulescens the other day, and my goodness they are potent. (Just Incase you don’t want to go too deep.) one of the field guides I use says they are less potent than cubes, but the ones I found were definitely not. Had them fresh, so more potent than dried. The taste is way better than cubes!

I dont know what feild guide you got. But its definitely wrong. They are easily 2xs as potent as cubes.

I agree with at least 2x. Im sure they're higher in the other alkaloids too, they feel way more psychedelic than cubes...if that makes sense.

Old spot shot a few up. They only dozed over half this clearing so they're still fruiting on the other side. I'm competing with these damn snails though. There was almost nothing left of the smaller one. Also noticing some mycelium from the surface.

Is it true that they're more potent fresh? I'm currently drying mine outside with a fan to help spread any spores that may be leftover.

Well, it’s more like an online Ebook guide. I knew it wasn’t accurate, but some might think they are less potent. But definitely not the case thankfully!!

In my experience with cubes. Fresh is a little bit stronger... that’s not scientific by any means, but many others on this site have said the same that fresh are stronger. Once dried they loose a little potency, but dry is a more accurate way to dose. Honestly these are really strong so it probably won’t matter too much with Caerulescens’. I have yet to have these dried since I needed the breakthrough the same day as picked.

They’re definitely more visual with weilii. It takes a really strong body high with cubes to start having hallucinations. I feel like the walls start moving as soon as I feel the mushroom with weilii.
Depends on the phenotype as well. The ones that I picked a month or so ago had to have been 3x as strong as cubensis. I full on tripped the other day on one that was maybe an inch and half long. I didn’t weigh it.

These were in Cherokee county. Lots of rain recently, these were super fresh, basically no bugs or slugs.

My dumb ass cannot figure out how to make a new post, but I'd like confirmation on the pictured mushrooms from Saturday. Purple spore print. I saw some blue on the hyphae pulled up from the ground, but stems did not blue. files

I had to look real hard at that habitat shot.....looked like you were stalking my spot there.....thought I was gonna have to hurt someone...
Hahaha seriously though dude, you're fucking killing it this year! Looks like I'm gonna have to go check my grass spots soon, I've been leaving them alone until I see signs the grass dudes were gonna pop soon.

No don't hurt meh! And yeah I think it'd be worth a check if that area's gotten decent rain. We've gotten around a couple inches over the last 4 days or so here. Like using this site to see where the sky juices are falling https://www.iweathernet.com/total-rainfall-map-24-hours-to-72-hours
