What causes these abnormalities?

Firstly, i would like to express how much i respect shroomery and its community. I have been silently reading and learning for a few years, but this is my first time posting. Anyway, in the attached pictures are 3 deformities, mutations or i don’t know what. I would like to know, what is causing them.
The first one is what i call "orange bruising". I have noticed it before, but only recently took a picture. It is always on the base of the stem and appears only after force has been applied (just like regular bruising). It is also only present in one or two fruits if at all (its never the whole flush).
The second deformity i encountered only recently. Its this "white shlong" growing from the top of the cap. It is also just a few fruits, never the whole batch.
The last one is these crooked and hollow stems. This trait is always present thought the whole flush. These fruits are almost always laying down as if the base of the stem could not support the weight and the fruit fell during the growth. As far as i know, this is caused by low fae, but is that all there is to it?
Has anyone encountered these before? What is causing them? Thanks

High temperatures can also produce hollow stems
#1 seems kind of normal to me
#2 looks like some weird alien shit. I've never seen mushrooms like that. Gonna watch this thread to see what's up with those, hopefully an experienced cultivator will show up here soon

Lol, the one in the middle does look like the Alien from the Sigourney Weaver movies!
