Anyone remember 25 years ago there were floppy disks??

Other than that optical drives were called CD Rooms and graphics cards were called 3D cards :gethigh:

I remember having a Gateway computer , windows 98 that had a 7GB hard drive and my moms boyfriend paid $2,000 for it lol

How's this for old school, it's a printout from a mainframe computer that ran a program my dad wrote in pascal in the late 1970s or early 1980s

There are tons of really old computer terms that aren't used anymore that mainly just people in the industry or who are fans would be aware of. PDP-10, Z80, RS232, for example.

Also Perl. Just kidding, that's a perl joke.

When I was learning to use SPSS statistical packages in the 80's, procedures would refer to "control cards" because it was only one decade removed from using actual IBM punch cards.

My first pc had a 10 megabyte hard drive.
