Is this agar culture ready to transfer to grain?

Hey guys. First time grower here and after doing a lot of reading here, I chose to go the agar way. Used a spore print, had 1 of 3 plates contaminated, transferred the healthiest rhizo growth to new plates and here is what I have from the first generation rhizo isolate. Would you suggest further isolation of this culture, or is this good enough for a transfer to grain? I believe waiting 2-3 more days until the myc doubles its radial span would be ideal to isolate a more aggressive branch or reveal other contams, what do you guys think - is that necessary? I plan to colonize 4 quart jars of grain.

I'd work towards a monoculture but is a true monoculture worth it when you are not growing different cultures in multiple tubs to isolate the best strain? If I'm not lucky, chances are the single monoculture I'm working with won't fruit optimally, or not even fruit at all, so the entire batch will be a dud.

Also, I'm seeing a spot (marked in the red square) resembling a faint mycelium like growth. Can myc growth hop away from the wedge that much? If this could be cobweb / mold with fuzzy growth, should I just wait it out and sector outside 3 to 6 o'clock nevertheless.

(Sorry for the fuzzy picture, I cannot for the life of me get rid of the condensation, the hot water bowl technique makes it disappear, but it comes back in a few hours)

Gypsum adds sterilization to the pressure cooker.  If you PF Tek some bulk substrate and proper sterilization pasteurization, then mushrooms and gas exchange (GE) plus FRESH AIR EXCHANGE (brown rice flower [FAE]).
