I'm thinking Inocybe, but what is your general location? I can't say for sure, are they white on the cap? That's what is throwing me off.

I think there's several genus here, perhaps a combination of Inocybe, Entoloma, and some Xeruloids?

No, all the pictures are Entoloma, possibly two different species, both in subgenus Nolanea.

Word, closer in focus pictures would help. Thank you for sharing your observations OP

After looking a bit more, they might be one species after all, looks a bit like E. hirtipes.

Yeah now that I see them again I see they are from two different or 3 different kinds some are white and transparent which a I think is Entoloma sp. The first one had a different appearance with color of the gills which was more a sunny brown color.. question is mostly about the last one which is the only one taken recently. And the others lookalike from a couple weeks ago or 3 weeks to a month ago. I can maybe find the last one pretty likely and I have a wide angle lens with a flashlight attachment so I could get a more clear shot. Noticed some strong odor taking that last photo

This is in the eastern United States far down south for a general locale. Possible the same species. Having trouble finding a mushroom with that name (crabs, beetles and grasshoppers called hirtipes.). So that would be Entoloma Hirtipes?

E. hiritipes is a guess, not conclusive. Several of these species require more thorough analysis to determine.
But I got it as the first hit for Entoloma on MO, and that was even a find from Texas a few days ago:
https://mushroomobserver.org/399127
It is quite similar to your find, especially the papilla, color, long slender and fibrous stem with prominent rhizomorphic growth at the base. In description it is also said to vary in stem color, from silvery fibrillose to sepia. That's why I suggest all here are one species.
That being said - when I'm checking observations of a broad selection of more or less rare species of Entoloma, I notice that in many cases they have not been verified properly as such, but rather given a name by assumption. As it stands, there are several winter- to spring fruiting species in this genus that are nearly impossible to tell apart from mere macroscopic appearance.

I was really thinking the first one did and most of them had the rhizomorhic growth at the base of the stem too. And some have a darker coloration like those that I saw

Are those pictures clear to you guys? I'm curious because I've been questioning whether or not I need glasses, especially when I'm using my phone which had always had clear crisp pictures, but recently I feel like I am struggling with focusing.
Vision has only been an issue once and that was during pre-hospital trauma and ACLS training. There was more reading than I care to remember, it caused eye strain and the lowest prescription for reading glasses helped, but my eyes self corrected and I had no need for glasses until now.
If it wasn't for being able to enlarge the screen on. My phone I wouldn't be able to read anything on it.

Not all perfectly crispy clear, seems like quite short focal length, but clear enough that I can see some necessary details like the floccose-fibrillose shiny and somewhat twisted stems.
I have to use reading glasses from time to time, my sight started to go when I passed 45.

in the past year mine has been changing drastically. Karma definitely has its ways. I was picking on my dad and Brother because they both had to get glasses in their early 30's but at 40 I still had 20/10 vision but now 10 years later and things seem to be snowballing out of control with my vision. Sometimes it seems like it's okay but sometimes my entire visual field is blurred. Reading fine print is no longer possible.

Exactly the same with me. Spending a good amount of time in front of a computer screen surely doesn't help it, either. Give me a week without computers out in the open, and my eyes improve their focusing noticeably.

My phone camera usually focuses on the cap or the stem. I kind of blurred the cap slightly for details on the stem. With my new lens that could be changed for the better

Hmm very interesting! I heard about this possibility from a medical doctor, but have never met someone that could back it with personal experience.

This makes sense, my vision did seem to get worse when I started spending more time online and the phone is even worse.

Sounds right. I'm pretty sure I've seen clips from the News channel that warns about viewing any computer screens for too extended a period of time
