She’s had the same after-shroom effect as me the first time, like sad due to like seeing things around her clearly but not anxious as she normally is (clinically so), so hopefully she’ll experience the same lower stress “therapeutic” effect as myself.

Hey dude, I’m sober now! Had been trying to trip last night but must have been poor genetics. Fucked up my vision and I couldn’t get to sleep though. But here’s the deal; I tried lemon balm tea. Not sure I’d ever take it again because basically it knocked me out for an hour. Maybe that’s why people recommend taking it for come-up anxiety, I.e. you’re not really present for the first hour, when thenlemon balm wears off, you’re tripping balls.....
Take care, DJ Ed

Oh and the other thing that’s occurred to me; maybe the lemon balm teabag soaked up the psilocin and psilocybin from the tea and that’s why they were so weak. Going to try some more of that batch next week, without the lemon balm......

Anytime you wanna add a tea bag off somthing to your mush tea you make the normal tea first then take that and make mush tea with it after removing the tea bag or ball whatever your using.

I think I’ve now realised that. It’s obvious really. I thought the mushrooms looked really healthy, so couldn’t work out why it was so poor!
Cheers, DJ Ed
