Jars too wet and contaminated? Need some eyes

Hey all, I’ll cut right to it, I’ve got three grain jars colonizing currently; one of which is a pre sterilized rye jar from mushbox.co that I inoculated with Treasure Coast, I can’t seem to find anything wrong with it besides the slow colonization and seemsa bit too damp. The other two jars I made/sterilized myself. I used rye for my grain and pressure cooked the jars for 2 hrs at 10 psi (I’m aware 15psi is the ideal pressure for sterilization but based on my situation I have to make due with my 10psi 6 qt tfal) I inoculated the two jars with Alacabenzi spores. At first the mycelium was slow to start but has recently picked up the pace. I checked on them this morning and noticed in the one jar som ouu e orange spots on the inside of the jar. The grain and mycelium appears to be rather wet too. Should I scrap em and start some fresh jars ?
haven’t got very much experience with cultivation and would appreciate any help

Those are fucked for real. This is also going to keep happening as long as you shoot grain with syringes. Until you start using agar this will be what happens to likely 9 out of 10 attempts. It also means your syringe is dirty (most are) and therefore this will happen %100 of the time if you try again on those syringes.

Wbs seems to be the best grainspawn for ms syringes. I did plenty that way and def had some bacteria but they all made it to at least one flush.
Oats or whatever seem to be especially prone to contamination.
Pf tek brf cakes is supposed to be the best way to use a syringe if you don’t want to go agar.

Well back to the drawing board. I’ve had success with syringes in the past though the syringe I used this time I had purchased a while ago so it had been sitting around. If at first you do t succeed, try and try again. Which is what I’m going to do. Thanks for the insight.
