Cobweb issue advice

Hello, Very inexperienced here and am looking for advice. 12 1/2 pint brf jars that have been fully colonized and the majority have pinned. About 4 weeks since inoculated, birthed last night and had what looked like cobweb growing on top of the vermiculite. No sour smells, just a nice and mushroomy. There was condensation underneath the lids and the vermiculite seemed a little damp. I’m guessing my mistake came from jars colonizing inside a grow tent with high humidity. Was just trying to keep the temp up and thought that humidity would help since it’s so dry during the winter here. Was also concerned that my substrate was too dry, but now I think it was fine. Anyways those cakes are being dunked right now and will be putting them in SGFC today. Any suggestions to do anything different? Is there a chance that my cakes will succeed, since the cobweb grew after my cakes were fully colonized and was just growing on the top layer of verm? Should I add some peroxide to the water?
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated !

Should have taken pictures of the jars while you birthed them. I've had jars look like that as well when I birthed them. Most likely just the mycelium trying to colonize the verm layer. Just keep an eye on them to see if theres any more abnormal growth.

I know, should’ve taken pics... after searching images, I’m pretty sure it wasn’t mycelium. Looked too wispy and was growing on top of the verm layer.

Pics help, but Ive mistaken mycelium as cobweb mood. Mycelium is Snow White, pretty much.

I agree it’s prob myc.
And the jars are self contained so outside humidity shouldn’t matter.
I’ve never had cobweb but from what I’ve seen around here it moves very quickly and would cover the whole cake within a day or two.

Yeah, too late for pics. It wasn’t bright white, but seemed a little grayish... Assuming that it is cobweb, is there any hope for success in a fruiting chamber? They’re still being dunked right now. The cakes were fully colonized and most were pinning. They all seemed healthy...

depending on how bad it is you could spray 3% Hydrogen peroxide dilution on the cobweb. However that also can effect the mic too

If it’s cobweb I’m pretty sure it’s all over. You’ll know real quick once you get them in the chamber.
Have you seen cobweb pics?? Some are crazy and look like there’s a huge fuzzy donut around the cake
