So growing Panaeolus need not be complicated. All you need access to in this method is 1)A nice outdoor spot 2)Some clean spawn 3)hpoo With this method all we trying to do is mimic all conditions Pans love to grow in. So lets get busy.... Find a suitable spot Not sunny - and not to much shade -preferably with some really NICE healthy grass.(think of the stuff horses and cows love to eat) Simply break up as much spawn as you want and cover area
Simply cover with crumbled, unpasteurized HPOO - bought to field capacity. Dont worry to much about getting it perfect -
Water... And wait ... Keep top of Hpoo slightly moist And a few days later..... Viola'...
 And some close ups...
You get the general idea .... EasyAsFuck

This is awesome. Trying to do this in un-sterile conditions currently.
Got a bunch of stem buts in carboard thats been soaked in 2% honey/water solution. Ill try to knock up a bunch of cow poo, might mix it up with straw too, best to try a few things I figure. Then spawn more cow poo etc etc.. The sky is the limit

Nice job zifozonke! What is the climate like? I thinks it's too cold to get away with that here at least for a couple months.

Trich isn't going to grow outside. I could see animals liking it tho, birds and squirrels like to eat the grain I chuck outside. Never seen them dig for it tho.

Sure it can. Spawn in direct sun n see what happens. All about dat temps in the middle, get hot enough and trich will def show up before it dies. And if you haven’t seen critters dig out spawn then u have a sicc lucky spot n should do more outdoor grows. City gardens, rats dig our shit out in a heartbeat anyone who’s tried hella outdoor grows knows this for sure

That’s pretty cool I would try this but if found that termites love to eat grain spawn. Every patch Iv made outside the termites have hit hard.

One could make something like this. Line the bottom and it should keep most critters from fucking with your little mush patch. Instead of using glass perhaps use chicken wire or window screen so that it can get rained on.

It exists outside as spores but I'd love to see trich growing on its own in open air. Not likely. Even bad subs I've tossed outside that had trich don't mold. Not to argue, I could be wrong, but I say pics or it doesn't happen.

I've made plenty of gourmet beds outside on the ground uncovered. The wildlife can sometimes be an issue, sometimes not.
It's not as hard as you're making out to be. It seems to be working for him. Should you have an issue though just build an enclosure.
The only thing I've had grow in or near my beds are slime mold, never trich.

Nah bruh. It's not as easy at he's making out to be is my point.
We just don't want new people to be pouring out their hard earned clean spawn outside thinking it be dat easy ya know? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't ur right, but it ain't #EasyAsFuck fersure
