Contaminated grain spawned to bulk now fruiting

This is my first grow to successfully yield any fruit. Puerto Rican print to agar to LC to rye. The rye looked good at first, but one jar ended up bacterial and the other had a small blue/green spot of contamination.
I learn by doing, so with nothing to lose I spawned the two contaminated pint jars to coir/verm in an 8x8 baking pan. It colonized for about a week before casing and being put into a 56L storage container by the window to promote humidity. Shortly after the weather turned cold so I added a heating mat. Four days after adding the heating mat, pins appeared. Aside from looking not looking quite like the other photos I see here, I'd like to learn more about the visual signs of contamination in this tray at the various stages.
1. December 29:

2. January 1, first pins:

3. January 3:

4. January 4:

5. January 6:

So I know for a fact that both jars of spawn were contaminated. One bacterial, one fungal at a minimum. Looking at the above images, what are the tell-tale signs of contamination?

I never like to see a patch of coir not colonize, like in the middle part of your dish there, but in your case, it looks fine.
I don't know man, do you have pics of your jars you are sure were contamed? Was this contamination diagnosed on these message boards? Blue green sounds like it could be bruising and people are always calling things bacterial here.
Grain pressed against glass not colonized? Bacteria.
Mycelium looks thick? Bacteria.
Grains a little too wet? Bacteria.

Likely the contam couldn't get a foothold bc you used coir instead of a more nutritious sub but it will prob surface between later flushes. Nice pinset.

No, the jars weren't confirmed contaminated. The blue/green looked more like penicillin than bruising, especially the texture. I was also concerned about the lack of growth in the middle, but I think that may have been related to uneven casing.
I appreciate the input, looking forward to harvesting in the next few days!

Count yourself lucky. Almost nobody escapes the wrath of trich, or any mold for that matter.
Holy shit that tray pinned like a mofo. It would great to see a canopy pic when the time comes.

Oh I definitely do count this as lucky! Going from "maybe I'll learn something" to an actual harvest.
Here's just before harvesting:

First flush 206g fresh:

I am taking prints from the largest dozen or so caps, and took core/stem tissue samples from the largest three.

Thank you both! It's exciting to finally have something tangible to show for the months of reading.
Edit: Dried overnight in the dehydrator to about 17g. Ground to dust and packed into #1 capsules averaging to 255mg each with 2.7g left over.
