What coir shall I use given these 2 options?

Hey guys, waiting for my jars to colonize and getting ready for the next step. I went to the pet store close by and they had two different bricks of coir. The guy told me they are both pressed coco coir:
1. TerraCoco Compact

I've used this once in the past when I made a humidity chamber for vendor bought cake. The consistency is like this:

Forget the shrooms growing, look in the bottom right side. There are quite a few bigger chunks and pieces.
2. TerraCoco Hummus

The guy at the store told me this is finer and more compact . Judging by the pics of many members use, it seems like the coir used is closer to the consistency of soil, so my inuition is telling me to use the hummus? Maybe I'm completely wrong. Thanks!
EDIT
Here is some more info I found:
1) Compact

For all types of terrariums: natural substrate made of coconut chippings. From the fibrous outer husks of ripe coconuts. Natural germ-inhibiting effect. Reduces fungal infection. Contents: substrate, TerraCoco Compact, compressed coconut chippings
2. Hummus

For all types of terrariums: natural substrate made of turf-like coconut humus. From the fibrous outer husks of ripe coconuts. Natural germ-inhibiting effect. Reduces fungal infection. Contents: substrate, TerraCoco, coconut chippings, compressed, turf-like
So my question here is why are they saying reduces fungal infection? Maybe these are treated with something that will hurt the myc? Cheers

Number 1 looks super chunky. I'd probably try number 2.
Especially since it looks like you already bought it
I have zero knowledge of that brand, though, so others probably know more than I do.
EDIT: You added more info, so I'll do the same.
The description of "reduces fungal infection" is most likely saying it is resistant to mould more than other terrarium substrates.
Here is an old thread talking about coco coir being anti-fungal.

I've heard that coco coir is anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, which impedes mycelial growth and nice potent flushes.
Not true. Fungi spores have difficulty germinating on coir, but live mycelium loves it.
