I would really appreciate an expert's input.
Habitat: Steep grassland slopes, in wetter, shaded area
Gills: Gills are a golden brown color (when wet) similar to the cap, the gills branch and are not attached to the stipe.
Stem: Approx. 30 - 45 mm long, 1 - 2 mm diameter; pale tan color; fragile, hollow stems. Smooth, with no annulus.
Cap: ~ 1 cm diameter, light brown, radial striations, sort of convex conical (see pictures), but cap is topped by the characteristic translucent 'nipple'
Spore print color is unknown
Bruising: just a darker shade of tan (hygrophanous tissue)
Edit: attaching .pdf picture of specimens. Thank you for suggesting that I share them here.

Galerina species. But you should post more and much more detailed photos to get any kind of accurate ID.

Thank you for your help, Tangich! The mushrooms I found have the translucent bump on the top of the cap, but it's not as well-defined as it should be in P. Semilanceata, so they do look like the potentially poisonous Galerina Graminea.
Due to the similarity of the species, I understand the need for more pictures. Thanks for the advice!

I'm not sure if your mushrooms are Galerina, Conocybe or something very similar.
It would help a lot to get detailed close up pictures of the stem(s) and the gills, as well as a spore print if possible.

Can you access this spot in daytime hours? It would be helpful to see what they look like in natural light. We need to see clear up close pictures of the cap, gills and stem, including the stem base.

In my limited experience with liberty caps I have found them to be robust compared to other mushrooms in the field. This is an example of my test for the gelatinous skin.

Looks like Galerina cerina to me, but can’t say with any certainty without a scope.

Thank you for your input everyone, I returned to get daylight images and close-up pictures; please forgive the inept photography:

There were some larger fruiting bodies up to ~25 mm diameter this time:

The spore print is a muddy color, a dark brown about the same color as the caps (it's too small for the pictures to turn out, sorry)
Edit: there was a single isolated specimen with the more pointed "pharygian cap" and a solid stem (the others were hollow and straw-like), but its spore print was also a muddy brown color:

Could be Semilanceata, but still a Galerina. Galerina semilanceata and dozens of other G. species & subsp. look like that. The big tells that they’re Galerina are the coloring, shape & dimensions, striate hygrophanous cap, and the mossy substrate. Still a really cool find though. Galerina is a fascinating genus. What’s your general region?
