Very Grey but taking long time to colonize - cobweb or something else?

Is this cobweb mold? Looks very grey. Been looking like this for past 4 to 7 days with little change.
All of them have the exact same smell, and they all smell super strange. Sort of like a sweet/honey mixed with some sort of fungus.
These are meant to be cubes. B and GT

There's a lot of condensation, cobweb loves humidity, what about GE? If it's very restricted you have more reasons to think it's cobweb. Here's a photo of cobweb in grains for you to compare.
 Good luck!

Too soon to tell, wait a week and see if it changes to pure white. Sometimes mycelium can appear grey after germination in the stages before it starts to fill in.

Mycelium should always be white except for very rare cases where it bruises blue.

In the case when the mycelium is just starting to form it can look grey because it's letting light pass through the threads and bouncing off of the grey pigment in the BRF. The other situation of doing the BRF half strength coffee tek you will find a greyish browninsh stain at first before it really starts to colonize.

Then you've never noticed the start of mycelium forming...
