my identify thread * 1

hab: grew from dirt in a lawn
loc: valley of CA
gills: light brown
stem: dark brown, hollow. bruised slightly darker

This looks like Melanoleuca,  did you do a spore print or notice pinkish hues on the gills?

Looks like Tremella mesenterica and the one with gills looks like a Panaelous species to me

was in a rush to pick these so i didnt look at the gills all but once, the spores were black or very dark,  printing at the moment

does it exude a  milky substance where injured? I think it is a  Lactarius species

cap: violaceous, concave, slight incurve
gills: crowded, adnate with slight decurrent, white or grey hard to tell cause violet tint
stipe: solid, violaceous, fibrous, bruised purple
i think its a clitocybe species took a stab at identifying on mushroom observer

I'd say that one is Lepista nuda, or a Cortinarius.
