Is this contamination? My first try.

I put them in a room at 82F (by mistake) for a week, they're normally at 77F . I opened five jars to mixed with bulk substrate and they smell like hearty mushroom. Some got brownish water in the bottom (few running drop). No green. It is G2G transfer. I shook them once. I think the above room temperature (mix with shaking) created Metabolite (last pic), is that considered a lot or small amount?

All very bacterial. Any metabolites is mot good news but that is quite a bit. Shake them and spawn whatever recovers within a couple days. Or case and top  with a baggie over the jars becuase I can tell you rn most wont recover.

Grain prep probably a little on the wet side but main issue here is the culture you used got any pics of your agar or did you just squirt spores into grain?

Thanks, it was G2G transfer (syringe spore at first). Some jar don't have methabolite (like the first of first pic), does it look contam too?
