I have my 1st Nats...

All my other bags are just overlay, so this is a bit of a bad round for me. I can pull 250-300g per ziplock with cubes, so 60g of nats is somthing to improve on.
I have more plate pins than bag fruits.

Big thanks for the chance to try these though! I shall make some tea and report back when it's been drunk.

edit... here's the squished fruits after going through the aeropress and the tea extracted.

From my 22 JW123 plates, I finally have dozens of platepins almost ready to go to grain. Some skinny stem (my favorite) and some fat bottoms.

Noob question: what about it screams bacterial? The yellow liquid bubbles everywhere or something else?

A.k.a said: They’re not cubensis.
Those are actually pretty tame for natalensis, they like to go super rhizo and climb the lid.
Such as this guy.
Yeah every nat plate I have is looking like the myc is trying to lift the lid and escape😂 That's a perfect pic!

PsiloPsychIn said: Well one thing is pretty reliable about Natalensis - they are entertaining on agar. They may pass through a stage of being boring but eventually they do some cool looking stuff on an agar plate.
Here is my “NAT T5” that I’ve been running off and on for a couple of years. I got to the 5th. Transfer and said That’ll do and I have not put NAT spores to agar since:

Same here! I have a Nat T5 as well and it never disappoints!

Do nats seem more potent than cubes? Going to try and get my hands on some liquid culture soon.

Personally I've only grown cubes and Nats. I haven't done any official tests, but personal anecdotes from me and my friends say the Natalensis win by a mile.

Greenhouse Nats are tiny and don't look like tub grown ones. Here's the biggest from this flush

They look great but you're right, they're kinda small, especially for outdoor. How much sun are they getting? High humidity in GH? Did you fertilize your radishes?

Nats coming up in approx 100ml of brf mix. Josex poke style.
These jars have been fully colonised for weeks, and I have not seen a single pin, so I topped with wet coir and within a few days, here we are.

My first NATs are pinning, and they produced some kind of pseudocarps/blobs too , the blobs grow really fast aswell. Its funny cause they sit right next to a bag of Enigma... There is some fluffy overlay, but the NATs dont seem to care. Anyone got experience with Nat blobs and isolating cultures of them?
