I have enough LC, so I'm going to make some jars of just wbr to nocc up. When they're colonized I'll keep 2 in the jars long term, the other 2 I'll put into tubs with more wbr as the sub and see what happens

I wouldn't personally go directly to grain with those plates, I'd still transfer one more time to get some more uniform growth.

What agar recipe do you guys recommend here? I've been using 2% w/v light malt extract but many of my clones are stalling out rather than spreading across the plate. There is no obvious bacterial growth so I'm a bit puzzled.

Got any pictures? Normally when a plate stalls it's due to a contam already being established on the agar that prevents mycelium from being able to colonize those parts of a plate.
You'll get more throrough answers to questions like this in one of the agar/contam threads.

Theyre both right. I knowingly drop slighlty sketchy T1βs after doing xfers pretty regularly just to see what happens if i have extra jars prepped.. Usually all that happens if its wack is It doesnt really take off onto the grain and I just dump it. Sometimes Iβm surprised andnImm a week ahead of schedule
It is good experience to see it happen tho IMO

I jus transferred twice from each T1 and dropped the rest into 4 pints. We're on the same page.

im out guys - natalensis aka-21, c4 and per heimly is spread to the people of scandinavia by now, at one point i heard a guy paying 350β¬ for a sporeprint of it illegally - now thats a craze
thats my final report, sweden/norway will move on to be a dual indoors species country bulk wise, doing both natalensis and cubegnsis
ive landed a job as a technician/bag farmer and im ending illegal species as a result
good luck, i hope i will see tons of crosses in the future

whatever to up the fae ever so slightly. dont know your boxes. mine are already quite better aerated when unlatched.. or a piece of carton to increase the gap a tiny bit.. keep an eye on surface conditions.

I think those are definitely ready to harvest. Looks sporeless too.
Thatβs great for a first grow especially since natalensis can be tricky sometimes.
