beautiful. which cubensis is it?

This is a Jack Frost from my last tub, only cube I’ve seen do this with the veil regularly.

think we’re gonna have to have those sequenced to ever have a conclusion to this albino nat VS Jack Frost saga.

Sorry for being absent the last week or so. I've been swamped. Just got caught up on the last few pages of the thread and you huys have been super busy!.
A couple days ago I made the second transfer away from spores and things are looking healthy for the most part. I'm thinking maybe one more transfer to make sure the pastyplate is clean and then to grain. I just got a fresh bag of wheat that I'm ready to try out.
I didn't take any pics because there's not much to see through a glad mini round. I'm looking forward to what this fall has in store for all of us. These trip reports that keep coming in are getting me all hot and bothered!
I'm interested in your giveaway chris77. I'll be looking for it on marketplace.
Later everyone. Mush love. RP

This is amazing. What is your substrate recipe? I harvested about 176g this morning from a shoebox and that was 20 fruits, not 2!!!

That was 3rd flush after I took it outside due to trich.

I've already harvested around 1.8kg from the tub mainly from the first flush before putting it outside.
These are the indoor pics.

I recased it after because the harvest absolutely destroyed the surface after 1st flush.

Holy fuck Derrayld! Your genetics are just something else! First super potent fruits, and then this beast with genetics that produces 2 KILOS from one tub? What the actual fuck is going on?

Did you see my 60L tat tub 2.3kg from the first flush.
Hpoo and good genetics are a match made in heaven.
I have to thank Fridgedoor for sending me the current nat culture I run.

exactly!! couldnt agree more. the mushrooms from the hpoo straw coir mix are so much more dense. and i did not even select a culture for this run. these smell particularly strong (yes you can flame me, but i have a very sensitive nose).the kind of smell that sends a tingling sensation to my spine
congrats derrayld, looks like you nailed them (although from the looks nails dont jump to my mind first, rather big fat cigars)

Yes, I still have around 70% of your original 60mm culture plate. Granted I have taken various different areas and fruited them further but it's all your original culture. It has been multiplied so many times now, easily my favorite nat culture.

Thems fighting words!
Somewhat related: bout a month ago i gave my best friend a quarter of natalensis and a quarter of penis envy (handmedown cuz thats how i roll) anyways he split them with his wife and took 3.5 nats first and agreed with me they are "special" and very potent/different overall feel than cubes. After the peak he decided to take the 3.5 pe expecting not much since the nats kicked in high gear... to his surprise he climbed the proverbial mountain a second time! This gave me a theory... mayhaps nats are actually lower amount of psilocybin/psilocin but some other indole alkaloid present responsible for the seemingly more potent but less OEV experience... hopefully someday theres spectrometry analysis conducted so we can either name this unknown or know what it is, cuz i dont believe its anything present in cubensis cultivars. Ive seen suggested possibly aerginascin but would love to see actual analysis results.

Night shot of some outdoor nats from a spent sub.
What's funny is that this culture was all snakes inside, now it's short stems wide caps outside. Maybe it is a condition/light thing to some degree with snakes...
or maybe it's shapeshifting alien mushrooms doing their thing

I find this really interesting and wouldn't doubt it. My experiences with Nats have been kind of opposite of what I've read from this thread. People often describe them as having a much kinder personality. For me, every trip has been pretty emotionally heavy and very limited OEV compared to cubes. I don't think I'm a big fan of the Nat trip so far. As far as my circle goes, most people have loved these and I get more requests for Nats than anything else
As far as HPLC, I don't think we're far away. There are enough people with the equipment that are becoming interested

They’re for sure emotion heavy for me too, but in a really good way. Like they helped me sort through some heavy shit in a bearable way and then afterwards was just pure happiness and gratitude for life.
I recently gave some to a friend going through some super heavy shit, he was pretty nervous to deal with it and he said it was perfect.
I guess cubes do similar things but more commonly through “drowning in nightmare until you get to the other side” rather than “carefully sort it out” ways.
