There have been several studies showing SSRI's work no better than placebo in most cases of depression. Here's one. Only in severe cases do the SSRI's seem to perform better and it's only slightly.
But the fact that the placebo effect exists and is well proven should tell us that it's the mind itself that has the power to cure depression. That's why psychedelics can work, it's not the chemical, it's the changing of perception.

My tiny shoebox operation: 1 - my most delayed 1st flush of Natalensis going weird with mutations and siameses? 2 - 2nd flush of Natalensis going slow but steady... 3 - Is this a thing: surface areas that were heavy sporulated have resistance on mycelium growth?
so many questions, so little knowledge...

what was the spawn to fruit time on that delayed tub?
**In general, what has everyone been seeing for spawn to fruit times? I have a shoebox getting all weird and puffy, spawned on 8/26
I ran these once a year or so ago, but idr how long it took ect.

Here is my info journal:
shoebox2 5L NATALENSIS - 6.5cm tall Sub 14/08 - S2B - 0,6L spawn (bottom jar had a uncolonized tiny area) + 3L CV - ratio 1:5 mixed spawn + pseudo casing well pressed way above field capacity; gentle mist before lid
I say delayed cuz I S2B 4 shoeboxes at the same date and all 3 were already harvested; the first one pinned 16 days later and the other two 20 days later... this one is going 26 days later. You can check more details info in my signature

newb question: so 3 days have passed since I harvest 2 shoeboxes. I completely forgot to dunk/replace water content in the tubs. What to do now? There's already some substantial new surface growth going on... Is injecting with sterile water a viable option? quantities?

Well, we certainly don't know nothing. We know for sure SSRIs increase your BDNF, which has mood lifting effects. Serotonin metabolite, NAS, also has many beneficial effects on the brain.
But yeah, elevating serotonin itself probably don't help shit.

I wouldn't inject water into the sub, personally I would just bottom water the subs. Throw some water into the bottom of the tub like 1 cup or so and let it soak up what it can. Gently dump out what it doesn't soak up after 8 to 12 hours is what I do.

Damn, I was in the fetal position for 2.5 hours on Saturday night. Couldn't open my eyes because the colorful blur was just overwhelming and made my eyes pour, not crying just pouring eyes from the color. Cev and time travel, no other way to describe it. Went into my bedroom around 9 and checked my phone at 11:30 like it was 30 minutes.
Watched Blade runner 2049 after, only went to be at 3 full of energy.

How many grams did you take? I'm assuming you liked it? Hopefully you had a great time.

1.2g, sounds silly but these Nats I have are stupid strong.
After 30-40 minutes it was pretty underwhelming so I went to chill in bed with some ambient music on my earphones.
That's pretty much where it escalated, couldn't open my eyes, even open eyes in the dark was difficult.
Yes I had a great time.

3 weeks since inoculation and 1 week post shake #1. The agar wedges I used to 'noc these were from two different T1 plates. Each plate had a "slow" side and a "fast" side and I took a wedge from each of the two sections from each plate. The colonization of the jars is reflecting this as I now have 1 jar at ~97%, 1 at maybe 90%, and the two "slower" jars are each at about 65%. I plan to fruit in 4 shoe-boxes in a large tub. My question is, should I spawn each jar as it comes ready or wait until they're all at 100% colonization before spawning?

Depends if you’re going to spawn each one individually or mix them. I would go with individual personally.
Second flush of my iso looking like PE almost.

I went to my girlfriend’s for the weekend and came back to find my nat shoebox showing sparse fruits but looking healthy!
Should I be harvesting the ones I can see the gills?
