This is still the original culture that I have used for ages which just gets expanded everytime I need some spawn.
Ah, cool... I'm eager to fruit, so I'm pushing forward towards that even though I don't have a real isolate yet. I am also continuing the agar work to see how good of an isolate I can get.
When I set up my tubs I will definitely remember the heavy field capacity, and ample fae & light.
Thanks, man... appreciate you!

Cool, glad to hear it. I'm thinking maybe another week until they're ready--I don't really know. My lab is in my basement and it's cool, like 68 to 70 F all the time, so I think that slows things up for me. I'm trying to be patient lol

So i gave my best friend 1/4 oz nats and a 1/4 oz penis envy yesterday telling him the nats would likely be the best mushrooms hes ever eaten... hes well experienced with cubes having taken 14g+ on several occasions. This morning he called me telling me i was right and they were beyond amazing, also agreed with me that there must be another compound in them resposible for the difference in the overall experience. He also noted that after the nats tapered off he ate some of the PE which normally redosing on mushrooms doesnt have much effect on him but this time it 100% did... said that he came up again and had more intense visuals than usual on them... an excerpt from his nat report "dude, i was mentally apologizing to the floor for walking on it and the door knob i had stared at for sometime as i didnt mean to make it uncomfortable" rofl

I had to harvest a few of my nats because they started to drop spores. This one I cloned. I hope I did an ok job cloning with a cast on my one hand. Trying to get it in the SAB sucks. Not to mention I can only put glove on so much of it. I took a chance because I'm getting my cast off next week hopefully so if any contams show up I'll be able to clean it up soon.

Open those holes up, not that it's related but you should give them more fae.

Hi Gleyck,
I am super-new to growing any psilocybe species, so I am NOT the person to take advice from. That said, I did have success growing king oyster mushrooms and learned a trick that may or not apply here--scratching the surface.
So, I'm wondering if scratching might help your grow in this case. What do you think?
I could be way off. Just trying to help and understand. I am about to go to bulk with my first Nats grow, so it's probably info I could use too.
Also: I'm a really impatient person. Lots of times I have to tell myself to leave things alone!

that is not a good idea. just let them do their thing. for some reason my nats have not created such dense mats so far, but from what we hear and see they will "pin through the clouds" in time... patience patience.... patience .,.,.....

For those doing A2G with 'Nats, what's your time for quart jars to colonize?
