Wow, lots of awesome Nat porn going on here. I love to see this!
Maybe some of you remember, I started from scratch and currently run 3 clone cultures, that I took from my ms tub.
I just harvested tub #2 and really like the pheno (even though it can't compete with the fruits above). This weekend I will need to test this one out .

Some divine looking mushrooms. Looks like they’re growing out of a cloud. Beautiful.

Looking for advice.
Do you all recommend I provide a good amount of FAE after s2b? I’ve been treating the Nats like cubes while the tub’s colonizing. But it’s slow going and I thought providing some more FAE might move the process along faster.
Right now I have a shoebox unlatched. But I could open up some cross holes and then put micropore tape over them. The Tidal Waves I put to bulk are going way faster.
I do plan to provide more FAE when I go to fruiting conditions but I’m not sure what to do before then.
Myc looks healthy.
What do you recommend?
Thanks.

tightly closed during colonization, unlatched when first pins plus a real change of air at this point, then dub tubbed until harvest has worked fine for me.

Prettiest mycelium I ever witness If it continues to run like this, I'll be tubing it Sunday(!?) What do you think of ratio 1:3 with coco (80%) and vermiculite(20%)?
I'm still not allowed to give ratings, but I'd like to thank smalltalk_canceled for his generosity on this genetics, appreciated it, dude

In what strain would you invest next?

What’s your process between flushes, if I may ask?

Thanks Yoshi, nice work San pedro guy.
Interesting to see how different identical spawn grew on hpoo and the stem buts were holding on tight compared to coir. I'll have to patch this surface before the 2nd flush.

Is it better to tear them out as opposed to cutting and leaving stumps with nats? Or is this just growers preference like cubes?

i advise cutting with a sharp blade (worked best for me) it seems almost impossible to get them off without ripping the surface open deeply

This is one of my Nat tubs. CV 50/50 spawned with milo and no top layer @ 1:3 ratio. Moving along pretty well, 7 days after spawning.

Well, my second nat culture turned out just like my first with slightly less overlay...

I took a couple clones from my first run from bigger fruits that came in later flushes, we'll see what happens. If the snakes aren't completely genetic, it may have something to do with spawn ratio or light and FAE as well like some others in this thread have speculated. I don't mind the snakes, but they are a bitch to harvest all tangled like this.
