That's a good idea to leave out the part where the bacteria has really taken hold. I might try that next time I get a bacterial jar.

Those are looking beautifully potent! You could let them grow a little, but personally I would harvest soon.

oh, tx. they seem to be. this pheno bruises heavily. interesting to mention maybe, they showed up in a box 1:1 with coir. might still be 'coincidence' but the 1:3 or 1:4 boxes show very different pheno that bruises much less. will clone some of these. lovely weekend!

Had 1.6g yesterday and while it wasn't very strong, it was amazing! Super chill, anxiolytic buzz. Undemanding, stable, very laminar as opposed to turbulent Cubes. Also very little in terms of visuals. It's like the visuals were obscured by a veil of some kind. I could detect some scenes and imagery of weird unreal creatures, but only when focusing really hard. No obvious visuals like with other mushrooms.
Very clear headspace too, undemanding but still allowing deep introspection and contemplation. Loving this species, could literally take it in public. Even today I've had trouble feeling negative emotions, especially anxiety is wiped out and I feel refreshed and somewhat reconnected with the magic of life. At the comedown I basically got lost reading an (old) encyclopedia of local medicinal plants. I couldn't stop. Reminded me of my childhood when I could spend entire evenings just reading an encyclopaedia and getting totally lost in it.
They will replace Cubes in cultivation at some point, to a large extent.

Love hearing these reports, I have some on agar about ready to hit grain. The very clear headspace comments give me goosebumps

Annoying to harvest, but economical
Since the bottom is struggling breaking them up is less meaningful.
It's no different than splitting a jar or a bag in two for making two subs
And it's common that bacterial jars are worst at the bottom
I dont think they were bacterial at all, only 8 days in the jar lol just had a tiny bit at the bottom which hadnt been colonized yet and im trying different things so thought well before the dense spots start forming ill birth these things... they are fully colonized now and ive been fruiting in water tubs using flipped muffin pans for pedestals, crazy how the myc will form around the top of the pan making the bottoms of the cakes look like cups when i pick them up.

I took 1.5g with the wife last night and had a very enjoyable and hillarious night. Im generally not big on watching movies or tv while tripping but wife was a bit drunk and wanted to watch something so after 30 mins of coming up having hard time picking something to watch i put on some skinwalker ranch documentary on netflix lol, normally these kinda shows would weird me out but we spent the majority of the time laughing our asses off making our own conentary on the rediculousness "boss we have been up 3 days, we are running low on cocaine... of course we are seeing shadow creatures... call your dad we need more monies"
Aside from the humorous state of mind i actually had some pretty nice oev/cev considering the small amount consumed, didnt really notice it so much in the well lit living room but when i went outside to have a smoke i could see this beautiful animated jeweled mandala covering everything and it remained minus the reality backdrop with my eyes closed mayhaps a bit more crisp and vivid that way.

I find them lower on visuals too, except at higher doses but then it's still mostly closed eye. I mean not that things look normal with open eyes, but it's way different than cubes.

I sit in the dark now for oev, they become very pronounced and vivid with so much movement and texture but like a vapor cloud shifting around.

informations and experiences are coming in, makes me wonder and curious to try soon. less anxiety means less shattering of ego?, means less effective alkaloids? which other compound could create this "pleasant and less anxious" coming on of the trip?

Thats a very good question, hopefully sometime soon a spectroanalysis is conducted cuz it really seems like theres something special in these thats not found in other actives, atleast not in the same concentration. I wouldnt really say less effective but more differently effected lol, i think maybe more applicable for treatment of anxiety/depression tbh.

quite interesting this. if i recall correctly nobody has so far reported natalensis to be mindblowing in terms of visual hallucinations, which are rather described as beautiful and on the subtle side, cloudy and somewhat more vague.

Visual hallucinations are the least interesting things about mushrooms to me. I’m hopeful that the nats deliver what I’m after in a kinder and gentler way than cubes.
