This is a clone, all my nat tubs have gone blue like this. These went from all yellow to all blue in 24 hours lol. Nats are lazy man, some of the veils didnt even fully open before they stopped growing and turned blue.

Woodland Formations has the most amazing genetics. I've had zero overlay and immensely aggressive rhizo myc
Fresh fruits hit like a truck
Will be posting my second round tubs since I got some decent clones from my MS run
Cheers 🍻

72hrs from pin, clone run A001
66q tub with pH adjusted Peat, Straw, Manure, Verm & Gypsum substrate
Cased at spawn with peat
pH 8.8 Orbeez added at signs of Hyphae (similar to bubblewrap Tek but also rehydrates sub top layer and contam resistant)
Edit: overnight had some spores dump on tall bois

That’s a nice looking grow and some nice robust fruits!!!

Ypu definitely don't need the f-ing orbeez, manure, gypsum, monkey nuts, congealed blood from a small squirrel.... nice looking Nats though.

Even though my PVG vs CVG MS tests were a success (PVG outlasted, 2 month sub with no signs of contam) I now had clone genetics and leftover Panaeolus substrate, so I decided to do some tubs with PVG blended with straw and manure and chart progress, fruiting spread, BE, etc
I can live off bread and water, doesn't mean I'm going to thrive on it
Was also curious about making a living meadow with thermophilic bacteria and the materials that make up a grassland habitat

Where the hell does the orbeez usage and the popularity of manure/exotic bulk substrates comes from? Bubble wrap to maintain surface conditions? Try dialing in the tub… It this a Reddit thing, a marketing gimmick?
Good old coir/verm will give unsurpassed yields without any of the trouble that more nutritious mixes present, and potency is determined by the genetics of the culture. There is a reason that manure has fallen out of favor for cubes, and coir is now the gold standard.
Good grow though. I bet you could do just as well without all the bells and whistles.

The orbeez is from Reddit. Never understood why you would use them though.

It's the easy tek that still gives results. Bucket Tek.
Hubris to call it a gold standard lol...
I find peat is superior btw, but I'm sure you've run side by side experiments and discounted it right?
The answer to your other questions are literally above your post fs
What's with the Reddit comments. It isn't from anywhere. Other than my own experimental toolset & are quite photogenic

Experiment isn't complete yet. First tub of 6 with varying substrates. With PVG as the control
Will be a few weeks before I get an idea of the initial results and possibly two months for full BE numbers
I haven't seen any threads here yet doing this with control / limiting variables for this species, or even if Orbeez influence any of the results. Plenty seem to be certain of things they haven't experienced though, which I find curious
Won't let it sway anything. Perhaps they are just nice for my Magical Meadow™ substrate appearance, or perhaps more. Time will tell

? How so?
You simply write your ratio and your wet weight here now.
Direct comparison, orbeez vs no orbeez.

Waiting on my B2 clone tubs for that specific experimental variable
This is my A1 clone partial Panaeolus substrate test
Wet requires all my harvests tho..

I'll do a proper grow log in my profile. Grain weights, tub size & depth, clone version all are the same. So I'm just tracking sub vs sub and for 1 of 5 clones the Orbeez. (B2)
So my results will be total harvested weight and notes on how each progressed.
Early note: richer sub did take longer to consolidate, but that's not surprising. It also offsets harvest time
