The worst blobs were also bacterial

I isolated snakes from this mess, and they don't do max overlay anymore.
Id like to see someone isolate a blob culture. I believe this would be useful.

Last night I read every post in this thread with the word "trip" in it and that gave me some insight into what to expect. Can anybody confirm that the trip on these is 8-9 hours and that it has a sedative effect? If it's sedative, how sedative is it? Like "I'm just going to lay on the couch for 8 hours" sedative, not a lot of energy to run around exploring, indica stoned-ish, or what?
I did my first Nat trip on Sunday, 3.5g dry, was more like 4-6 hours and didn't feel any stronger than normal/non-PE cubes. My friends I tripped with also said they could have done 5g. So, YMMV.

I’m no expert with these at all. All I know is that I swiped a boatload of plates and transferred tons of distinct germinations of them to T1 and beyond. I put them to a bunch of shoeboxes and basically forgot about them. The absolute most I did was regulate airflow to some of them by flipping lids or popping the purple latch handles. The sense I got was that how they fruited had WAY more to do with the specific culture and much less the conditions. Honestly don’t think one can have a lot of control over the outcome of these beyond spawning a bunch of different cultures. If you aren’t having success I would say it’s not you or the conditions you’re providing and it’s probably just genetics. I’d be happy to send you the main genetics I’m working with - one from a vendor and one from a generous forum member. Surprisingly, both work well - but only like 50% of each. So half of my T2 and T3 suck, while the other half go gang busters. The ones that suck nearly always fruit but often just one or three and they can take forever, while the good ones pop up a flush in a week or two. Waiting for feedback from friends on potency of all that though.

4th flush, largest one was 57g wet. looks like it’s going for 5th after only about 1.5 days of rest.

Noodles of first flush:

Most of my grows does get fatter on later flushes, but nothing this drastic.

from my own experience, and THIS THREAD, showing picture of indoor and outdoor growth difference, I'd say they are much more sensitive to environment than cubes.

Interesting. Maybe fruiting them like Shiitake on blocks would be smart.

@mycoweek - That is the culture I am working with, fridgedoor sent me his isolate.
No overlay and good consistent flushes, it's very much about the isolate and not so much environmental imo.

Crazy how many different looking Nats there are. Those have a nice golden color, I grow silver and green primarily with my Nats. Love the green staining.

Look at those chubsters! Makes me wish it were warm enough to bury my overlaid grows.

I am aware there is overlay blobs, but it appears that I've got something else. I've had 9 occurrence of these masses, but this one is hats off twice, or more than the other 8. Anyone else get non overlay blobs?

That looks like some sort of wild rose comb mutation.
You should try to clone it. Natal-igma.
