Have you fruited that yet?
Looks like it’ll be a good one.

Not yet. But the sector this one was originally isolated from is on bulk substrate and it's looking good, doesn't seem to want to grow much overlay, although I haven't cased it yet. One spot was producing this disgusting-smelling "cider" so I cut it out. I will case it in a few days.

Thanks. Nats seem to be really good at keeping their moisture due to the overlay. I never felt the need to mist even on my smaller grows. I could give them all the FAE short of removing the lid and the fruits wouldn't dry out.

There's a phrase I keep thinking of on this thread: #TentacleHentai
Maybe some variation on that would be good for when someone stabilizes one of these snakey P-Nat phenos.

It’s tryin to get out.
I wonder if it could. Every single grocery bag liner I’ve used had multiple spots where the myc went through it, I should try it with something thicker and see how far it can go.

Speaking of getting out, I have a lot of big overlay tubs but there’s this one that hasn’t fruited yet - others are already working on their second flush. Instead it just keeps raising the overlay higher and higher and by tomorrow it will likely be touching the lid. Will have to get a pic. Something tells me it will eventually fruit though.

Is there anyone that tried to cross Natalensis with Cubensis? Since they are close enough, maybe it's doable?

You can try scraping it if you want
I only did it because some of the mycelium was dried and yellow, if they stayed fluffy and white, I'd just leave them along.
For my next Nat tub, I'd use a tub with holes at least 2.5 inches away from surface, holes too close to surface dries out those crazy puffy mycelium too quick, and most of the holes were plugged by mycelium as well.

You sound like someone who never tried a different mushrooms besides Cubensis before. It not about just the potency. It's also about the quality of the trip. I'd rather drink a botle of wine than a bottle of vodka. Quote:

Someone people tried, some said that they succeeded (haven't seen any evidence) but I think it's like trying to cross humans with chimps (we share about 99% of our DNA).

Hey, how are ya?? i bought some from a friend and that led me down this path. but the shrooms that i grow did not give me the same trip... could be my state of mind. i have tried LSD many many times but these mushroom were sooo euphoric and spiritual and they were constantly this way and did wonders for my depression. The last batch i grew had soooo much body load and if they didnt knock me out, i would make it to the trip.
anyway, thanks for the reply and i will look around for a print and see how things go, im also gathering up the things need for a pan grow.
Have a good night, Peace
