Brf cakes changed moisture content after pressure cooking, are they too wet?

Hello, I used the 2verm:1water:1brf recipe to make 12 1/4 pint jars and after the PC they looked kinda moist inside so I just made another batch with about 50ml less water and the mix was all nice and fluffy but after pc they look darker and they are all stuck as solid cakes now(before pc they were loose and fluffy).

I use cut up SFD and stuck them over the Gas exchange holes1/4inch with micropore tape and they also have a SHIP.
Should I still be able to use these or are they still meant to be 'fluffy' after the pc?

Well you are supposed to put tin foil over the jars during the pc cycle, to avoid this issue.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I did put foil on them all and put it on nice and tight.
When I removed the foil they did have what seems to be condensation just a lil bit on the SFD and micro tape they were abit wet but fully dry now.
Worth using a syringe on these?

Its just one drop per hole. Rather than throw them out sure.
But I wouldnt stress about all that. Just follow the recipe.

I will try them:) only have the ship hole to inject, I put it to the bottom of the jar and pull up slowly while ejecting about 0.5cc solution.
I opened one of them up and the cakes a solid piece but still breaks apart quite crumbly, is it normal for the cake to be one solid piece?
