Sounds like a good idea with the weights. My dad started that earlier in the year and dudes fit as a fiddle now.

You can get these dumbbells that let you rotate these wheels in them that allow you to make them heavier/lighter without needing to buy multiple dumbbells, helps to save space a lot.

The curl bars that hook into doorframes? Brave man, those things scare the shit out of me always scared they'll fall out of the frame.

I have used those door frame bars several times throughout years. Never had the slip or break the door frame, but I also only weigh about 125 on a good day. Gaining weight doesn't really work for me.

I plan to lose 15 lbs, work on drum rudiments at least 4 times a week, finalize my divorce, make an extra 1500/month with side work.

I'm thinking a couple of hand bar bells with 25-45lbs each and a long curl bar I lift from the ground, I don't trust those door frame ones either, seen too many vids of people falling. Maybe 80-100lbs for the curl bar.

I remember seeing that when I signed up and chuckled at it. Haha. Hopefully I'll be back to work soon and won't be able to bug you guys all day.

I understand I'm around 100s of people everyday

But it's not like this place

I cant share things the same way

All of these people

They give me cookies apples all kinds of food all of time

They take me out for dinner

They feed me so much that when I cant eat anymore they say eat

A lot of them are new to canada not even here a year

some of them come from nothing shacks and destruction

Nicest people I've ever met

One of my resolutions was to not get mad, not just this year but really ever again (I know a futile and virtually impossible goal but I really think it's so pointless to get angry because it never helps any situation) but on the 3rd day of the year I was like

:fuckthisshit:

on this guy I didn't know on the phone today.

I had to talk to him about some work related issues and right off the bat he had an attitude and was condescending and it was early and my patience level was near zero (another resolution I clearly need massive work on) and I wasn't having it, man.

I shall do better tomorrow though (maybe hopefully)

:innocentjoy:

For whatever it's worth I did apologize at the end of the call

Keep it up, man. I worked on it a lot last year too, and for all intents and purposes it was probably the best year I've had...maybe my entire life when it came to that.

It feels so great and liberating when I'm able to let things go in situations I would have in the past normally gotten mad. I made some major strides there so I know you can do it. Sure it's cliche to say but it really is just about taking it one day at a time and making it a habit.

Thanks for the advice I’ve been getting angry my whole life and have only really wanted to be free of it the last year or so and have not been nearly as successful.  I’m posting this so I have some ability to go back and reflect on this sentiment often
