This guy wants to kill nerds. If a Magic the Gathering tournament ever gets shot up we got a suspect right here.
Honestly, fair point. I've been going back and forth in this thread but really, who gets to decide where the line is drawn? How is this quoted post any different from someone saying "We need to exterminate the Jews." More thank likely OP was just blowing off steam because of his strong opinions about these mass killings, but how would he take a phone call from the cops like "I've heard you've been making terroristic threats." He would be furious and probably want to threaten whoever reported him.
Stay out of other people's business OP. The biggest reason the cops did absolutely nothing is because you don't have the right to press charges. It's not up to you if they are in danger, it's up to the threatened parties.

This is very true. If you ever see your neighbor getting their window smashed in and someone crawling through the window, it's best to automatically assume it's a relative house sitting who locked themselves out, as it is none of your business. Don't even get me started on people reporting accidents they weren't in, damn. If they wanted an ambulance they'd call for it themselves!

I think you missed the point of the quoted dialogue.
If your neighbor likes to break into cars in the neighborhood, then no, don’t call the police because that would be karma.

Besides, those are examples of people being the victim of crimes in which they didn't know the perpetrator. If someone doesnt care about death threats, that's their prerogative

it's portland. The cops are just gonna ignore you until he kills someone then the major will get on t.v. and blame it on guns and toxic masculinity.
