Automatic Cultivation System

Hey guys im designing an little project to automate as much as possible in the cultivation part.
Mostly cause the fun of it and maybe even get some real good mushrooms out of it since alot of contamination chances will get removed. for example no opening and spraying. That will be handled by an humidifier etc.
Im planning on running this in an old aquarium/tank, any tips for more things to monitor or automate that i allready have solved?
atm code and sensors are done for Temperature (Sensor) Temperature (Heating Pad) Temperature (Fan) Humidity (Sensor) Humidity (Humidifier) CO2 (Sensor) CO2 (Fan/Ventilation) Lighting (Sunrise, Sunset) Lighting (Could do moonlight here aswell i guess?)
Any tips for more things to sensor/monitor and automate would be awsome and i will keep u guys here updated!
Some ideas for the lcd screen below

Firstly let me say I appreciate the intention here. But its entirely overkill and on home scale if you just design your tote right and have clean spawn you can just spawn it, walk away and it makes mushrooms. Aka βset n forgetβ there is absolutely no need for automation and it is usually more of a hindrance than a help.
Spraying doesnt cause contams and if it did the air pumped through the humidifier would as well.
Figure out how to automate spawning harvest and drying and then weβre really talking. Since thats literally the only work I have to do currently, all that other stuff takes care of itself.

I like beeing overkill.
So if it wasnt in an home enviroment, this would still benefit? so could be a gain anyway?
Edit: Have you heard of cows that listens to classical music, tastes better? This is kind of that improvement to the mushrooms i think.. but its an improvement still

Attempts at automation are great and all, but do you know what, when, where and why you need your sensors and systems?

I mean at a certain scale it might be useful but Iβve always been of the KISS(keep it simple, stupid) mindset. Less complicated means less chances to fuck it up lol.
Even when i was growing gourmets commercially I just used individual controllers for ventilation/humidity etc never saw the need to tie them together or to monitor remotely. If its dialed it works no need to fiddle just set up blocks and harvest. If the batch of oysters came out leggy then turn up the fan speed never had any idea what ppm of co2 was in air the mushrooms will tell you if theyre happy or not..

i agree completely. i too when i started out tried all the fancy shit and all i did was waste my $ and time. it never worked for a shit compared to a standard monotub. as he said u will spend way way more time dicking with it than its worth and you will never get the results you would get with good clean spawn and a properly followed monotub tek. all the fancy shit i bought has been just sitting in a pile in the garage collecting dust as im sure everyone elses is who tried the same thing. the only time i suggest anything of the sort is for pans/exotics in a greenhouse/martha type fc.

Its pretty common for new growers to build something they think the mushrooms want, without ever consulting the mushrooms, really all they want is a humid field and some ungulate shit. No air pumps no sensors no fans no filters, just the right humidity and max fae without drying out, best way anyone has figured out to provide that indoors (so far)is a monotub, I say wait till youβre familiar with the basics and get familiar with the organism before you try to design for them.
