First noob grow anxiety - am I ok?

Hi everyone, firstly thanks so much for the time everyone takes to post here, it’s been a massive help in getting this far. I’ve just started to get my first batch of GT’s fruiting and wanted to check if they’re ok as some are looking pretty weird. The cakes are all pretty bruised as I had to break them out of what were not-quite-shoulderless ball jars. Actually is bruising a correct assumption or is this an infection? It is black-blue in colour and covers a lot of the cakes and extends to some of the stems. Other mushrooms have white dots, are paler than the rest, or look generally pretty strange. I’ve uploaded pics of the ones that I mean and was hoping you could let me know if this is ok or if I have messed up?
Thanks a lot!

Thanks mate, appreciate your reply. did you happen to see the weird growth in the last pic? Not the mushroomy looking one but the weird knob bit?

Do you mist pretty regularly? They seem a little dry to me, but I definitely don't think they are looking too bad. Just let them keep going and pick any of them that seem that the veil is about to open, as you don't want spores to cover your cakes.
Just be patient and continue what you are doing. Mist fan and correct lighting. When I did cakes the blue seemed like a natural part of the process.

Mushies are growing, so you didn’t mess anything up. Those cakes could use a good misting and a band-aid or two from the beating they took, but look fine nonetheless. It’s an MS grow, so you may get some that look weird, but it’s been my experience that the mutants are nice and potent. Keep it up

Awesome! Really appreciate everyone’s replies. I misted about every 4 hours but maybe not enough each time? Ramped up the misting today and they seem to have liked it. Looking forward to harvest 😀
