Rye grain jars - is this white spot mold or myc?

Inoculated 12/05
This white growth appeared ~7 days after inoculation, but very slow growth until incubation temp increased a few days ago to ~75 F.
No funny smells or colors.
Any idea if this is mycelium or something else? Perhaps too early to tell but curious to hear your thoughts. Concerned about the longer time wait from inoculation date

Not too sure, the grain furthest on the right looks kinda rhizho and nice, while the left looks a bit too whispy
If you don't desperately need to reuse the jar I'd say wait until full colonization then open it and smell it to identify, that way you will also get to experience how mold/mycelium grows.

Looks like Mold to me but I’m not the most experienced, but just a side note, you loaded the jar too full and you can’t shake it now, one of the biggest benefits of grain is that it can be shook

Thanks, appreciate the input and I agree with you: The right side looking more rhizo, left side a bit questionable.
Thinking keeping the jar around to see what happens is a good idea.
Also this morning, left side is developing more rhizo looking growth (good sign?).
Follow up questions: 1. Any possibility the mycelium is "fighting off" the other growth? Does this happen?
2. Would the jars need to be shaken this early? I've heard/read conflicting info on when to shake - some say not necessary, others at 20%, etc. This was one of my earlier inoculation attempts so the grain was loaded a but full, but I still have room to shake. Should I shake now?
Much gratitude!

No sorry it looked like it was too full to shake you want like 3/4 full. And shake at like 30 percent colonization, so like when most of the one side of the jar is colonized id say

That's mycelium. The problem is the water dispersal in your grains. The top half looks a little dry, while the bottom is definitely too wet. The lower left looks like a little bacteria is forming because of it. It's likely too soon to shake due to the condition of the myc, but if you can tilt, flip or even get the jar on it's side without disturbing things too much.. you still might pull it off. The goal is to get that moisture evened out.
