What's Wrong with Bolivian torch

These were gifted and the top of one has this spot on it. What do I do?

They need brighter light. They're severely stretched and weak looking. Probably why it has a spot on it. The epidermis(skin) becomes weak and more susceptible.

It doesn't look fatal or anything like that. Will likely heal up and scab over in time.

Acclimatise your plants to sunlight if you can.

Where do you live? Is it currently winter? Are your cacti under lights? Those guys aren't huge but depending on how long your winter is you could make them go dormant by keeping them cool and with holding water. Then on a its spring place them outside Nd acclimate them to brighter light. That way they'll grow thicker and healthier. You can grow trichos pretty thick in colder regions you just have to make them go dormant in the winter.

I try not to comment on dormancy as I have no experience with it and I know some people here live in some freezing places. My cactus are outdoors year round and they just do their thing when they do it.
