How to get reishi to pin?

I made 2 reishi grow bags using large ziplocs. These were started on November 8th, and after 6 weeks, the bags finally look well-colonized. I carefully cut a few slits in the top of the larger bag, thinking the fresh air would encourage pinning, but after 10 days, it looks like nothing is happening. Should I just unzip the opening, and really let them breathe? I never had a problem getting reishi pins started before. Do these really need a fruiting chamber and high humidity to get going? Thanks!

What's the ambient temperature where they are? Are you fruiting them in the same location they colonised?
If they've got a bit more air, have been cooled a bit, and have a natural lighting cycle then it will probably just require patience

I always let reishi (assuming you're talking about G. lucidum) pin invitro before I introduce it to fruiting conditions.
